• Vision: Normal in both eyes (with or without Spectacles) (must not be colour blind)

Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

• For Male Candidates:
• 100 Meters Run: 15 Seconds (Only one Chance)
• Shot Put (7.26 Kg) (16 Pound): 5.50 Meters (Three Chance)
• Rope Climbing: 15 Feet (Three Chance)

For Matron Posts:

• Physical Standards Minimum Height:
• 5 Feet 3 Inches
• Weight: 50 Kg & Above
• Vision: Normal in both eyes (with or without Spectacles) (must not be colour blind)

Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

• For Females Candidates:

• Candidates Should Passed 10+2 Or equivalent examination of any recognized education board with punjabi upto matriculation.
